Residential Cleaning Services
It is difficult to give an estimate without seeing your home first. We move objects rather than clean around them, so the price depends on the amount of ornaments and furniture you have. We love pets but depending on the fur and kitty litter changing, we may need a little more time. Our average home at this time runs at $99.23-$142.47 per week for a complete clean. No contract, pay by cash, cheque or Visa/ MasterCard. All our services are available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, occasional and special occasions.
Custom Cleaning: The services you need, when you need them.
Complete Clean: Every surface is cleaned inside and out, from floor to ceiling. You maintain daily pick-up.
Window Cleaning: Weekly or bi-weekly clients- dust and wash windows as we see dirt. Monthly or occasional clients receive a 20% discount.
Laundry: Cost depends on the number of loads and if it is sorted. Laundry service adds around $20.00 for two loads washed, dried and folded (ironing is extra).
Groceries: Add about $10-$20 depending on the amount. Grocery lists are emailed or called in to the office the day/night before.
Grass Cutting/Snow shoveling: We will preform these services if you are feeling under the weather or are on vacation.
House Watch: While you're on vacation, we'll keep the yard and driveway clean. Visits to your home made as frequently as possible, especially if you have pets like fish, cats and birds that need to be feed.
